Shark Tank! - Brainstorm Technological Innovation
Handout
- Ask them to develop a Technological Innovation that could really be useful in their field of interest. Call them back and ask them to explain their idea to the class.
- Present on "Post It" Poster:
- Provide the students with time to present their ideas to a Shark Tank of investors. They will stand up in front of a group of investors with their Poster and share their ideas. The Poster at a minimum should have a title, brief explanation and a hand drawn image of their idea.
- All the investors (students) will be provided with money (100, 50, 25, 10). At the end of the presentations, the Investors will hand money over to the students who they would like to invest in their product. The investors must state why they liked certain ideas and why they were not investing in the other ideas.
- At the end, count the money and see which idea got the most support.
- Each investor must explain why they chose to invest in the idea that they gave the $100.
