FLASH: Creating the Animation       

Step #1: Download Files

  • Download the “IntegratingFlashIntoVideo_DeathStarFighter” Folder from the “RLSMultimediaServer” to your desktop.

Step #2: Open File & Create a Stage.
  • 2a. Set the Flash Stage Dimensions For Video: Main Menu / Modify Document: Width 720 Height 480. (video) (YouTube)
Step #3: Import .png images to the Library & Title.
  • 3a. Import the three images & title each of the symbols. (video) (YouTube)
Step #4: Create Layers & Drag Images to the Library & Title.
  • 4a. Create 3 layers & select the correct layer and drag the corresponding symbol (image) onto the stage. (video) (YouTube)
Step #5: Image Resize & Reorder Layers
Step #6: Add Motion
  • 6a. Add Motion to the Fighter, Death Star & Star Background. (video) (YouTube)
Step #7: Export
  • 7a. Export your animation (Quicktime) to the folder you dragged onto your desktop.. (video) (YouTube)
Now, You need to add the Jet Fighter Sound Effect to Your Flash Animation Using Final Cut Pro.
