| If you select "Start Record" and you don't see what you are filming on the screen, there is a good chance that there is not aenough computer memory available in your Chrome Book to accept the video that you are filming.Your Chrome Book's memory is filled with information you entered into it from your previous classes. There is a very simple solution to clear out the memory: turn off the computer's power completely by shutting it down. | |
| 1st, look at the bottom right hand corner of your screen and you will see a taskbar with a picture of a battery. Click on the battery. | |
| 2nd, after you click on the battery, a small screen will appear. At the base of the window, you will see an icon representing power. Click it and it will give you the opportunity to shut down the computer. Go ahead and shut it down, count to 10 and then start it back up again. |  |
If that does not work, look to see if an "Enable" button appears at the top of your screen. If so, select it. The problem many also be that the wireless is unable to handle all the students trying to film video on their Chromebooks at the same time. Try it again later or move to a different part of the campus. |
