"Ugh...I can't remember all my login codes" -> an easy solution for owners of smart phones.

I like many of are having difficulty remembering all my login codes or passwords. Here is an easy solution for all of you who have smart phones.

Create a folder in your email account called “Login codes.”
Each time you have to create a new login code, record it in an email. In the subject line, state what the login code is for, eg: “School iPad Password,” or “Apple Id,” etc. Then send the email to yourself. When you receive it, save it in the “Login Codes” folder that you just made. Now I am able to access all my login codes within seconds directly through my smart phone. I pull it out of my pocket, select email and there is the “login folder” waiting for me to access it.

Important
Do not put the actual password into your email. You must assume that individuals are scanning your files…at least the NSC is.
Lets say the code is “Hawaii1998”. You can put a prompt that you always know the answer to, such as, “Date & Honeymoon.”
I always make my prompts the opposite order of the password. I also always have a specific letter that is capital, but I don’t state it in the prompt. Remember, it all comes down to what works best for you.

Note: It is recommended that your passwords are at least 8 characters long, with at least one capital letter and at least one number.
