Explanation of Course Curriculum & Final Project.

RLS Students will have an impact on the world by educating others about the plight of animals that are endangered. They will present the information they acquire by utilizing the Art and Technology Skills that they learn in this class.

Students will create and paint large wooden figures of an endangered species they selected. These will be hung in the neighborhood surrounding the campus. QR codes will be attached to each of the wooden figures; these codes will link to online videos, also created by the students, which will explain the plight of each of the animals. Most of the imagery that will be found in the videos will be drawn by the students themselves and used in animations in the video to explain the problems and present solutions for each of the animals. Below are the steps they will follow in order to successfully create the final product.
